INTO THE DEPTHS OF THE UNCONSCIOUS

MY UNFILTERED STORY

jul-24 was a remarkable month that witnessed my first baby step into the mental health space.
from that very moment, everything began to shift quietly beneath the surface and reached its peak in apr-jul 2025.
i am no longer the same person i ever was since.

i met wonderful people — those who cared instead of judged, who listened deeply instead of waited for their turns to speak,
who genuinely supported without asking for anything in return.
in them, i didn’t just see human"kind" — i saw myself slowly learning to open up and let people in, one step at a time.

and because of this, i grew such curiosity about my own thought patterns, my past trauma and
the roots of all my behaviors which led to repetitive scenarios.
why i never felt belonged. why i never felt connected. why my truth felt “too much” in the world that asked for less.
that was when i started digging — not to fix myself overnight, but to begin rewiring my own mind and committing to grow.
